I have a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in archaeology from SUNY New Paltz and a masters degree in Building Conservation from RPI. I have studied for many years with master healer Eleanora Amendolara at The Sacred Center School for the Healing Arts in Warwick, NY (https://sacredcenter.net). I have journeyed to the sacred valley and mountains of Peru twice to further my healing education. Peru is a spectacularly beautiful and powerful place. I feel recharged by the energy and people after each visit.
My own healing journey began about 11 years ago when I saw an energy healer for the first time. I was in the beginning of a divorce and had a lot of stress in my life. My body had been through numerous painful traumas. All of my emotions felt so close to the surface.
Since that initial visit, I have had healings on a regular basis and my life has changed dramatically. Every healing session was like having another layer of pain and stress peeled away. Through these regular sessions I became a much more centered and calm person. One of the most dramatic changes I have seen is that, instead of reacting to people and situations, I can calmly observe. This gives me the ability to chose to walk away instead of engaging in something that doesn’t serve my greater good.
